Shipping policy

Elnehtech operates with the following shipping method: 
1. International Shipping 
1.1. Purchase Policy 
All products available on elnehtech are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad 
(Europe, China) to the address provided at checkout. Delivery takes between 15 to 30 business 
days on average (after the product is shipped), depending on the location. The shipment will be 
processed within up to 7 business days after payment confirmation in our system. 
We guarantee a tracking code so customers can monitor the progress of their order’s delivery. 
Note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few business days due to delays, 
strikes, holidays, periods of high demand at the postal service, or other situations beyond our 
control. 
The store guarantees delivery of the order and takes full responsibility to refund the total amount 
paid for any products lost or misplaced during the delivery process. 
1.2. Insured Shipping 
If the product is delayed and not delivered within 60 business days after shipment, the total 
amount paid will be fully refunded on that date. 
Note: You may receive more than one package if you make multiple purchases on our site, as 
your products might come from different suppliers. If one product arrives before another, please 
rest assured that this is completely normal. 
1.3. Order Tracking 
Products will be shipped via the postal service or another carrier. A tracking code will always be 
provided, allowing customers to monitor their delivery progress. Elnehtech is committed 
to guiding customers on how to track their products. The tracking code will be sent to your email 
as soon as it is available to us. 
Tracking codes are typically provided within 3 to 9 business days after payment is confirmed. 
2. General Conditions (Important Notes) 
2.1. Address Accuracy 
Elnehtech will ship products to the address provided by the customer. To avoid delivery 
issues, please double-check the shipping address during checkout to ensure accuracy. 
2.2. Recipient Unavailable 
Ensure that someone is present at the address to receive your products. The postal service will 
attempt delivery three times. If no one is available to receive the package during these attempts, 
product may be returned to the supplier. In this case, the customer will need to pay for a new 
shipping fee to have the product resent. 
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address 
Elnehtech is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided by 
the customer. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the postal service will return the package 
to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to the original address. 
If delivery is not possible due to an address error provided by the customer, no refunds will be 
issued, and the customer will need to place a new order for the product. 
By making a purchase on our site, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined by 
Elnehtech.
